Get the most out of your Raptor’s FOX LiveValve shocks with the 4-inch suspension lift kit from BDS Suspension for your 2019-2020 Ford F150 Raptor. After extensive engineering, BDS determined that a 4″ lift height is perfect for utilizing the factory equipped FOX Shocks and ensuring full suspension travel with the factory components.��

This all-inclusive kit provides clearance for up to 37″ tires and features BDS’s renowned high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection. The front of the kit includes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, lower strut extension, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and a skidplate for maximum offroad protection.

The new taller ride height is also optimized with massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, and all necessary hardware for improved on-road handling. In the rear, the kit utilizes high

High Clearance Crossmembers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.
