Optimized for trucks running a constant load, Carli Suspension “HD” Multi-Rate rear coil springs are designed for contractors, overlanders, and anyone carrying consistent weight in the bed. These progressive rate springs are engineered to perform like standard multi-rate coils when supporting approximately 500 lbs of constant load, delivering improved ride quality and stability under working conditions.

Unlike standard coils, these HD springs are purpose-built for continuous load applications such as rooftop tents, camper shells, bed racks, toolboxes, and bedslides. They are not intended for occasional towing or intermittent heavy loads, as the higher spring rate will result in a firmer ride and increased rear ride height when unloaded. For the right application, they provide excellent support, control, and performance.
