The Carli Suspension Front Leaf Spring Kit is designed in partnership with Deaver Leaf Springs to transform the ride quality and performance of your Super Duty. Built as a full progressive spring pack, this system replaces the harsh factory leaf configuration with a more refined design that delivers smoother ride characteristics and significantly increased suspension travel.

Featuring a 9-leaf main pack paired with a 3-leaf overload, this setup provides excellent spring rate progression. The result is a soft, compliant ride when unloaded, while still maintaining impressive load-carrying capability as the suspension compresses. Engineered to pair perfectly with Carli 4.5-inch systems, this spring pack enhances performance on the highway, off-road, and while towing.

• Full progressive, block-eliminating spring pack design

• 9-leaf main pack with 3-leaf overload for improved spring rate progression

• Provides approximately 3″ of lift with a slight rear-high stance on 4.5″ systems

• Supports up to 15″ of wheel travel for increased off-road capability

• “Light” 3/4-ton capacity with full capacity achievable using long travel airbags

• Center pin relocated to accommodate up to 38″ tires (37″ recommended)

• Delivers smoother suspension cycling across all driving conditions
