The Carli Suspension Coil Bucket Gusset Kit and Motor Mount Doubler for 2003–2009 Ram 2500/3500 4×4 trucks is engineered to reinforce known weak points in high-performance suspension setups. Developed through real-world testing in extreme off-road environments, this kit strengthens the factory coil bucket and motor mount areas to handle increased stress from upgraded suspension systems and aggressive driving.

Constructed from 1/4″ cold-rolled USA steel, the gussets and doublers are designed to eliminate factory design limitations by reinforcing structural integrity and converting the motor mount channel into a secure eyelet-style mount. This significantly reduces the risk of component failure under heavy load and high-impact conditions.
