Carli Full Progressive Spring Pack for Auto-Leveling Air Suspension
The Carli Full Progressive Spring Pack is designed for Ram 3500 4×4 trucks equipped with factory air assist and is intended for use with Carli Ram 3500 Air Ride specific lift systems. Built with a full progressive leaf spring design, this spring pack improves unloaded ride quality while maintaining factory payload capacity.
These progressive leaf springs slightly alter the rear position sensor so the airbags are deflated at the new ride height, allowing the truck to ride on the progressive springs before the airbags engage. This creates additional up-travel, reduces air-spring ramp, improves ride comfort, and provides a safety net if the factory air system fails while loaded.

The “ALT Trailer Height” button will not lower the rear 1 inch when unloaded.

The “ALT Trailer Height” button will function normally when the truck is loaded for towing or hauling, if desired.

Air tank relocation moves the tank to the spare tire area.

The spare tire cavity will not accept larger than a stock size spare.
