The Carli Pathfinder System is engineered for 2023–2024 Ford Super Duty diesel trucks, positioned perfectly between the Backcountry and Pintop systems. Designed for drivers who demand excellent on-road comfort with reliable off-road capability, this system delivers a smooth, controlled ride for daily use while confidently handling light to moderate off-road terrain.
Built around Carli-SPEC 2.5″ remote reservoir shocks and a 5.5″ lift, the Pathfinder offers a balanced blend of performance and refinement. With progressive coil springs and upgraded suspension components, it enhances ride quality, increases travel, and provides the versatility needed for both work and adventure.

Rear suspension can be configured with either Progressive Add-A-Pack or Full Progressive Leaf Spring Pack

Add-A-Pack maintains payload capacity but may feel stiff on F-350 models due to factory spring rate

Full Progressive Leaf Springs are recommended for optimal ride quality, especially on F-350 models

F-250 trucks with Tremor or high-capacity tow packages use F-350 rear springs and should avoid Add-A-Pack setups

Full leaf spring systems may reduce load capacity; airbags are recommended if maintaining payload is important

Airbag systems should allow for disconnection during suspension cycling to maximize travel

Full Progressive Leaf Springs shift the rear axle slightly forward for improved tire clearance
