The Carli Coilover 2.5 System is designed for drivers who want Pintop-level performance with the added benefits of coilover styling, adjustability, and upgrade potential. Delivering a smooth, controlled on-road ride with excellent off-road capability, this system is a true jack-of-all-trades for Super Duty owners.

Built around Carli-specific, blueprinted King 2.5” coilovers up front and matching piggyback reservoir shocks in the rear, this system offers 55% more piston surface area than standard 2.0” shocks. Combined with Carli’s in-house tuning and custom piston design, the result is exceptional ride quality, improved damping control, and consistent performance across all terrains.

• Compatible with progressive add-a-pack or full replacement rear leaf springs

• Full progressive leaf springs reduce payload capacity but improve ride quality

• Trucks equipped with a 2” factory block may require a 3-5/8” block when using add-a-pack for proper stance

• Factory wheels should not be used with oversized tires due to clearance concerns

• Recommended setup: 17–18” wheels, max 9” width, ~5” backspacing with 37” E-rated tires
