The Carli Pintop Leveling System is a true jack-of-all-trades suspension upgrade designed to deliver a smooth, composed on-road ride while maintaining full control during light to moderate off-road use. It softens harsh ride characteristics and provides confidence behind the wheel, whether you’re commuting daily or heading off the pavement.

At the core of the system are Carli-specific, blueprinted King 2.5” shocks at all four corners. These larger shocks provide 55% more piston surface area than standard 2.0” shocks, resulting in improved damping control, increased oil capacity, and better heat dissipation. Carli engineers have developed custom valving to optimize performance for heavy-duty diesel platforms, while 17-4 stainless steel shock shafts ensure long-term durability. The system also includes an adjustable track bar to improve front-end stability and reduce the sloppiness that can lead to death wobble. Paired with Carli’s lighter rate coil springs, this system increases suspension travel and levels the front stance.
