The Carli Pintop Leveling System is one of Carli’s most popular and well-rounded suspension upgrades, delivering exceptional on-road comfort with controlled, confidence-inspiring off-road capability. Designed and tuned in-house, this system smooths harsh ride characteristics while maintaining stability and predictability whether you’re daily driving or pushing the limits on rough terrain.

Built around Carli-specific, blueprinted King 2.5” remote reservoir shocks, this system provides 55% more piston surface area than standard 2.0” shocks for improved damping, heat dissipation, and overall performance. With custom pistons, 17-4 stainless steel shock shafts, and optimized tuning for heavy-duty diesel trucks, the Pintop system delivers outstanding ride quality per dollar. Increased front ride height, added wheel travel, and included components like the adjustable track bar, stainless brake lines, and caster shims all work together to improve handling, stability, and suspension geometry.

Notes:

• Full Progressive Leaf Spring Pack reduces payload capacity to a light 3/4-ton rating

• Add-a-Pack maintains factory payload but may result in a stiffer rear ride, especially on F-350 models

• Full Progressive Leaf Springs are recommended for best ride quality, particularly on F-350 trucks

• Aftermarket airbag system recommended when using Full Progressive Leaf Springs if load capacity is needed

• Airbags should allow for disconnect during suspension cycling to maximize travel

• Full Progressive Leaf Springs may shift the rear axle slightly forward for improved tire clearance

• Trucks equipped with factory 3-5/8” rear blocks will require a 2” block when using Add-a-Pack

  • Required part numbers: 7C3Z-5598-L and 7C3Z-5598-K

• Factory wheels should not be used with oversized tires due to clearance issues with radius arms, sway bar, and brake lines

• Recommended wheel specs:

  • 17”–18” diameter

  • Maximum 9” width

  • 5.5” backspacing with Carli radius arms

  • 5” backspacing with factory arms (may require trimming)

• Tire fitment:

  • 37×12.5” tires fit with trimming

  • 35” tires typically fit without trimming

• Larger wheels may reduce ride quality compared to smaller wheel setups
